Preventative Maintenance

Regular routine maintenances prevent your systems from avoidable failure which can be caused by a number of factors. During the maintenance all components will be tested for correct operation and any discrepancies recorded. At the end of each service our engineers will create a full site database and using their dynamic reporting system highlight any issues they have found that to both the client and the office. Where possible faults will be cleared whilst onsite using stock from our vans or the client’s critical spares ensuring all systems are running at their optimum performance.

Reactive Maintenance

Virtus provide a proactive approach to reactive maintenance providing our clients with a 4hr maximum response for emergencies, whilst this is our maximum response time many of our emergency callouts are attended within the first hour of receiving the call and a high percentage of calls rectified whilst onsite.
