Virtus secure new technical services contract for student accommodation

Virtus Security have been awarded the contract to provide the following technical services to one of our longstanding M+E clients on a new build student accommodation building with 223 separate apartments

CCTV – Disabled Refuge – Fire Alarm – Intruder Alarm – Structured cabling

Securing this project further highlights the strengths of our M+E services team providing our clients with a total solution to there low voltage requirements.

Virtus were instrumental in understanding the sites requirements and specifying a full security solution. Louis and his teams knowledge and experience enabled the installation to be completed in conjunction with our existing infrastructure, and installed in a fully occupied building both efficiently and cost effectively. The whole project from design to installation was expertly managed by the Virtus team.
