Solum Regeneration - Virtus Security

Virtus Security have recently completed the supply, installation and commissioning of various disciplines on the Solum regeneration at Walthamstow gateway. The site consists of 79 spacious and highly specified apartments with stunning views across London and the surrounding area.

The package consisted of the installation of the following professions:

ACCESS CONTROL – CCTV – DATA – DOOR ENTRY – FIRE ALARM

The project was completed on time and within budget, this further highlights our capabilities to provide ELV packages to multi tenanted properties and M&E providers across London and the South East.

Virtus were instrumental in understanding the sites requirements and specifying a full security solution. Louis and his teams knowledge and experience enabled the installation to be completed in conjunction with our existing infrastructure, and installed in a fully occupied building both efficiently and cost effectively. The whole project from design to installation was expertly managed by the Virtus team.
